CD Projekt Red has teased a collaboration with comic producers Dark Horse; the subject of which is to be revealed later this month at New York ComicCon.
The comic, which seems to be related to the studio's Witcher series, will be unveiled at 10:00 ET on October 11th during the Full Colour Fantasy: Fantasy Comics, Past, Present and Future! panel.
CD Projekt Red called the project "something truly special for fans of the fantasy genre". A teaser video has also been released and bears the tagline "There's a mystery at the edge of the Black Forest. We'd like to invite you to fear it with us."
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, the next game in the series, is set for released in 2014 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The game is set to last up to 100 hours including sidequests and comes with three playable epilogues.
It's likely that the comic will feed directly into Wild Hunt's story.
