Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is the next main installment to the franchise and as expected, Killstreaks will be making a return. We don’t know all of the Killstreaks that may be put into the game just yet but a new tweet from the official Call of Duty Twitter account released a few images to showcase a few of them right now. We’re likely going to get more information leading up to the game launch, but for now, check out what will be available right at launch.
Infinity Ward is developing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare which is said to be a soft reboot to the Modern Warfare series. We know that the game will be following a lot of the emotional pull that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was able to deliver. For instance, the biggest example of the big emotional moments the upcoming title is aiming to deliver is the No Russian mission level which was extremely controversial. Essentially, players must remain undercover and eliminate civilians within an airport. We’re not sure if this level will make a similar appearance in the upcoming game, but its those big emotional moments that Infinity Ward is hoping will be throughout the entire campaign for players.
We’ve bee receiving bits of information about the game and multiplayer component such as a recent post reveal that gamers can tweak just five components of their weapons. Now a new tweet has confirmed three Killstreaks. We know that there will be a Juggernaut, Infantry Assault Vehicle, and a White Phosphorus Killstreak. Check out the official Twitter post above to see a bit more about each Killstreak and the icon that represents it.
As for when Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is set to release, the development team at Infinity Ward is hoping to get the title out on October 25, 2019, for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One platforms.
