We’re nearly there. E3 2019 is closing in upon us and after a year of waiting since E3 2018 briefings, we’ll soon get the chance to tune in on what the big companies have been working on. While we are going to see the absence of Sony and EA, Microsoft has been hyping up their press conference. The company has been promising fans that they are bringing out a big event full of content and likely a few surprises. One video game title we can confirm that will be presented during Microsoft’s Xbox E3 2019 press briefing is Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
This confirmation comes via a Tweet from the official Xbox Twitter account so you can make sure to tune into the press briefing on June 9, 2019. This is a video game that has been highly anticipated and is being developed by Respawn Entertainment, who you’re likely familiar of with their Titanfall franchise along with the free-to-play battle royale title, Apex Legends. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order recently got its first major reveal this year with a trailer showcasing the story.
With the trailer, we know that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will feature a Padawan shortly after Star Wars Episode III. This is a time period in which the Jedi are being hunted down. In order to survive, those who have survived have gone into hiding. While this trailer did give us a good amount of information regarding what the narrative will be about in the game, we have yet to see some real gameplay footage.
We’re hoping that during the highlight we’ll get some gameplay of the video game in action. Unless this title gets a delay, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be launching on November 15, 2019, for the PC, PlayStation 4, and lastly, the Xbox One platform.
