The Crew mode will make its return to NBA 2K14 which will allow people to customize their own roster of players and compete online.
The Crew mode allows people to either select their own created player to form a team of five players. Once players establish a team with their friends, they play against other Crews who continue to climb the leaderboards. People first spotted the Crew mode when the NBA 2K14 achievements leak hinted at the mode. One of the achievements titled "It's Got to be the Crews" tipped off the return of the long absent mode.
2K unfortunately will not include the Crew mode in the next generation of consoles. For those who don't purchase on the new consoles, they can create a Crew to either play 3-on-3 or 5-on-5 basketball.
NBA 2K14 will release on both current and next generation platforms.
