PT has been a viral sensation ever since it released on PS4 a couple of years ago. It was a sad tale though as the full game never saw the light of day, however, there has been plenty of PT ripoffs, knock-offs, and look-alikes, finally today a new remake for PT has been created!
Recreated from a college student game developer by the name of Radiusgordello, the new remake of PT is now fully playable and ready to download on itch.io. In addition, the game has a VR component, so if you think you got the guts for it I implore you give it a go. However, at the time of writing, the developer notes the VR side of things are a little wonky.

In a dev blog on itch.io, developer Radiusgordello detailed how the project came to be and why he decided to remake the wildly popular horror demo, check it out down below:
When I started project in April 2018, I figured PT would provide the best learning experience for me, small enough of a game to be doable by a single person, but large enough to also provide a challenge. In addition to this, I was in love with the original (and still am) for being so different from other horror games, and I knew others had the same feelings about it, so I figured this was a small project I could work on that would keep my interest throughout development enough to finish it.
PT is one of those games that will live on forever, and now with the remake out, it truly can; at least in some type of way. With Konami removing the demo from the PSN and PS4 storefront when the original demo released, hopefully, they stay away from this new remake.
