Over at CharlieIntel itself, they reveal more information on both Hardened and Prestige editions. As is the case with previous games, the Hardened edition comes in a collectible steelbook, as well as a player pattern, player card, player background, a copy of the soundtrack, a bonus map called Free Fall, a paracord strap, and a Call of Duty: Ghosts Season Pass, which makes you eligible for four packs of DLC.
The Prestige edition gets everything mentioned above, plus a tactical camera. CharlieIntel further leaks that Amazon is pricing the Hardened Edition at $ 119 and Prestige at $ 199. Bear in mind, this is more or less a mockup of what the product will look like, intended to give retailers a look at the game's cover art.
We previously covered that pre-orders of the game will grant you access to Free Fall. No word if the map will still be part of either edition after the game's release.
Please check with us later in the day, as Activision has scheduled a grand livestream revealing the game's multiplayer in a few hours. We will be keeping you up to date on whatever announcements or developments they will have then. Maybe they'll be able to convince us then that the game has gone through the extreme changes they say it has. Personally, I would not be surprised if they run a demonstration on the Free Fall map for that stream.
