Epic Games and Warner Bros. Entertainment have partnered up to bring a special physical edition of Fortnite to retail next month.
The special edition will be dubbed as the Deep Freeze Bundle and will come with the Frostbite Outfit, Cold Front Glider, Chill-Axe Pickaxe, Freezing Point Back Bling, and 1,000 V-Bucks for $29.99. Its scheduled release date is November 13th for PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch users.

There’s obviously no need for a physical copy of the game due to it being a free to play title, but the items it is bundled with is basically making people go out and pick up a copy if they want the exclusive skin. This has to be exclusive to this physical edition though. If somehow this skin comes to the item shop, then all of this would be a waste of time; from Epic Games to Warner Bros, to even the fans.
Epic Games have been on a roll with Fortnite, which is currently in its 6th season. Will the deep freeze bundle sell? I don’t know, but I do know that for the price it’s going for, it marketed itself well.
