Valve's Steam Summer Sale is set to start on July 11th, tomorrow, according to a customer care email sent by the company to one gamer.
The email reads, "Thank you for contacting Steam Support. Once a sale has expired, we do not offer previously discounted prices. Please check Steam news for information on upcoming sales and promotions.
"Please know that our Steam Sales are starting on July 11th. :)"
PCGamesN notes that Valve's Russian payment partner QIWI has also made mention of a sale starting July 11th. In addition, the current Midweek Madness promotion, which sees Half-Life 2 reduced to €2.24, ends six hours early tomorrow at 10am PST.
Based on what we know, it looks like the sale will indeed commence tomorrow which will no doubt leave a lot of very empty gamers' wallets.
