Tekken 7, developed under Bandai Namco Entertainment, released worldwide last year and support is still going strong for the fighting title. This seventh main entry to the beloved fighting franchise has seen a number of returning and new characters while the main story revolved around the final fight between Heihachi Mishima and Kazuya.
As mentioned, Tekken 7 is still getting plenty of support with the upcoming season pass being teased online. Through this season pass, players will receive three characters that will enter the roster. Two of these characters are actually returning from previous Tekken titles which are Anna Williams and Lei Wulong.
Lei Wulong made his first Tekken appearance back in 1995 in Tekken 2 where players were introduced to a famed police officer that put countless criminals away. Anna Williams, however, made a brief appearance in the very first Tekken title as a boss fight for Nina. She was later included in Tekken 2 for fans to learn more about her backstory.
These two characters are likely to be welcomed for fans of the franchise early years, but interestingly enough, Bandai Namco Entertainment is also adding another crossover character into the mix. Players will also get the chance to step into the role of Negan from The Walking Dead.
Unfortunately, Negan only received a small character tease where we don’t actually get to see the character design or gameplay. We’re curious as to if this will be the only character introduced to the game from The Walking Dead universe but for now, players can soon pick up the season 2 pass for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
