Since playing multiplayer games on PS4 will now require a PlayStation Plus subscription, it might especially worry those who share a console with a sibling.
Sony's president of World Wide Studios, Shuhei Yoshida, confirmed over twitter that as long as one person subscribes to PlayStation Plus on PS4, all accounts on that console can access the multiplayer using that same subscription.

This shared subscription did not originate with PlayStation Plus on PS4; the Xbox 360 allowed this subscription sharing for many years. This feature may seem insignificant to the larger player base, but definitely a relief for families looking to not needlessly spend on multiplayer subscriptions.
With a PlayStation Plus subscription, players can access online multiplayer and download any free games and content made available on PS4.
