Sony has really stepped up the marketing for the upcoming PlayStation. Today, an image surfaced on reddit showing one of the new t-shirts that the Japanese company is sending to game developers. It reads: "No Hurdles, Just Games," with a link to their developer page.
The advertising brings to mind the ad they made in the movie What Women Want, which went "No games, just sports." If it works, it works.
It goes without saying that the marketing campaign has been well received, even on reddit where there's more cynics than you can shake your fists at.
"As a Nintendo fan, I've never been a fan of Sony's or Microsoft's game offerings. Personally I always thought Sony would be the bottom tier this year, but after seeing the Xbox One, and Sony's go-getter ad campaigns, I'm kind of happy for them. I hope good things happen this year. I REALLY want a reason to buy a Vita," wrote Jackbond1234, who claims to be a developer.
