Sega and the Creative Assembly have released a new trailer for Total War: Rome II which focuses on Cleopatra and the Egyptian faction within the upcoming turn based strategy title and we also get our first glimpse at the campaign map in the game.
The infamous Greek monarch of Egypt (Greek rule of the African country was created by Alexander the Great) talks us through what she's had to do to keep power including her alliance with Rome's Mark Anthony and warns that the Romans will do whatever they must to take over Egypt.
We also get a glimpse of the game's campaign map for the first time. Recently, the Creative Assembly revealed that there will be 189 regions in the game – the highest number ever – and as a result they have created provinces which are groupings of between two and four regions.
Rome II is already the most pre-ordered game in the series with pre-purchasers getting free access to the Greek States DLC pack, which adds an additional three factions to the game.
