Spartans looking to pick up Halo 4 action figures now have added incentive to do so with the announcement that they'll also get their hands on exclusive DLC skins for use in the game's multiplayer.
A forthcoming set of McFarlane figures are set to include codes for both armour and weapon skins which will be unlockable within the game. There are five sets of weapon skins and three sets of armour skins which are only available in the 'Series 2' McFarlane range.
Series 1 is available online for between $10 and $25. It seems likely that Series 2 will retail for the same price.
For a look at the figures included in Series 2 check out the gallery below. Halo 4 was released last November as the first part of the Reclaimer Trilogy, it was also 343 Industries first original Halo title – their previous effort was Halo: Anniversary.
Next week at E3 it seems likely Microsoft will show Halo titles for Xbox One, possibly Halo 5 or Halo 2: Anniversary. Yesterday, Halo: Spartan Assault was announced for Windows 8 PCs, mobiles and tablets.
