In the list of NCAA Football 14 Xbox 360 achievements, a few achievements mention some new features in the College football franchise.
Achievement such as the "You're but the Learner" and "End of the Rainbow" refer to the completion of drills. In previous iterations of NCAA games, specifically NCAA Football 2009, you could complete practice drills before the start of games. Expect to see some running drills and passing plays, not so much skills competitions like throwing a football at a target.
Further down the achievement list you will find the "Get My Good Side" achievement which refers to a new camera angle. The achievement clearly mentions playing with the new camera angle, not something in the replay theatre.
Most interesting of new features mentions using Kinect voice commands listed under the "Change Your Mind" achievement. The voice commands most likely replicate those implemented into Madden NFL 13 which allows the player to shout plays like "Deep Pass" or "Blitz Play".
