Relic Entertainment has put together a new trailer for Company of Heroes 2. Titled "Above the Battlefield," the trailer urges you to take command and be in charge of your troops.
It shows the environment and the devastation amidst the war on the Eastern Front in World War II and how it took great leaders to take charge of the field to turn things around for the Russians.
Like the trailer, the game is set in 1941 and the beginning of what will become the most brutal conflict of World War II, as Germany launches a full-scale invasion of the frozen tundra of the Soviet Union which would result in over 14 million military casualties.
Players take command of the iconic Soviet Red Army in brutal frontline warfare to free Mother Russia from the invading Nazis. Your strategic skills and tactical expertise hold the power to tip the very balance of this conflict in the sequel to the critically acclaimed and multi award-winning Company of Heroes.
The game is slated for release early next month on the PC.
