Resident Evil: Revelations was the best selling boxed game in the UK for the week ending May 25th following the title's HD re-release Edge notes.
Revelations comes as the second Capcom game to top the charts in the UK this year following in the wake of DmC: Devil May Cry in January. Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, another re-release, also performed well coming in at fifth place in the charts. Following a series of promotions FIFA 13 continues to sell well coming in second.
Fast and Furious: Showdown, a tie-in to Fast and Furious 6, is the only other new entry on the list coming in at number 14.
Metro Last Light, which toped the chart last week, has seen a 33 per cent fall fall in sales and ended in third place this time round. The full Top 10 roundup is below.

Meanwhile, MCV has reported on the first digital game sales chart for the UK. The monthly list which was released for March – the only month so far available – shows that despite significant issues surrounding the game's launch SimCity was the the top performing game in terms of revenue that month.
