Over Twitter, Christopher Seavor – creator of the Conker series developed by Rare – teased the development of a potential Wii U game.
While initially not explicitly mentioning the development of a Wii U title, his tweet speaking of Wii U development kits should suffice as enough proof.
…..WiiU devkits ain't cheap and it's lookin likely @gorydetail is gonna need 3 at some point this year 😉 (that's top secret btw) heh!

In response to the influx of followers asking for a Conker 2 sequel, Christopher Seavor urged fans forget about their favourite squirrel and to instead expect something new.
@amoghilani Oh guy, guys… forget Conker 2'. Time for new stuff !!!

Studio Gory Detail's first game PARASHOOT STAN – a tilt controlled smartphone game where you control the parachuting Baron Bully to avoid obstacles and collect items – released last year on mobile devices.
With no information available on their next project, the development of a Wii U eShop game could act as the studio's next platform.
For years many fans asked for the now Microsoft owned developers, Rare, to develop a game that would resurrect past franchises or use the studios talent for something new. And while you can expect the resurrection of an old Rare intellectual property, you can also expect another game from the creator of Conker, just not Conker itself.
Nintendo's pre-recorded E3 Nintendo Direct will stream on June 11th at 7am PST/10am Eastern where you can hope to see the future of Gory Detail's next game.
