A new trailer and screenshots for The Bureau: XCOM Declassified have been released today by publisher 2K showcasing humanity's first contact with aliens.
While the game might be Declassified the trailer certainly isn't many of the notes displayed on screen blacked out while viewers are then informed the remaining information has been "redacted by US Department of Defense."
The Bureau is set to be released on August 20th for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC while pre-orders receive a free-bonus mission. You can see the trailer below while the screenshots come courtesy of CVG.
The screens and trailer showcase 1960s agents battling advanced alien enemies but also using some of their technology, we see a wounded agent being healed by a spray unit presumably of alien origin.
BioShock 2 developer 2K Marin is at the helm of The Bureau following Firaxis' successful reboot of the formerly strategy only series last year. The game was re-announced last month following a series of delays which saw the title being extensively reworked.
