Epic Games has just released it’s latest timed mode for the third person shooter, Fortnite: Battle Royale. The mode is called ‘Blitz’ and its basically a speed-up version of the normal matches Match times are now only 15 minutes and as soon as you begin, the storm circle is already diminishing in size.
Don’t fret, spawn rates for treasure chests and ammo boxes spawning has been increased, Harvest resources are doubled and the spawn interval of Supply Drops and the time they take to descend has been decreased drastically.
There isn’t a set end date for the limited mode – but you can expect it to run throughout this week. On the flipside of, could Epic Games be working on an extended version of the normal Batte Royale matches for a future timed mode? It seems pretty likely!
