March 21, 2013 by Ian Miles Cheong

War of the Roses gets a premium edition.

War of the Roses Kingmaker

Paradox Interactive and Fatshark have announced the launch of a new premium version of War of the Roses titled Kingmaker.

The newly available War of the Roses: Kingmaker arms players with a wide variety of new weapons and armor from previous DLC including the Knights Hospitalier, Gallowglass Mercenary, Winter Has Arrived, and Outside the Law updates. It also adds three new maps, and Pitched Battle mode, both of which were added since the launch of the original game. It also contains Assault mode, which was developed specifically for the launch of Kingmaker.

In addition to the content, Kingmaker contains support for Steam's "Big Picture" mode and full controller support for players who want to play with a gamepad.

The launch trailer for Kingmaker can be seen below.

War of the Roses: Kingmaker is available in online stores for $19.99.
