BioShock Infinite Soundtrack Features a Song from the Voices of Booker and Elizabeth

March 7, 2013 by Jordan Erica Webber

Troy Baker and Courtnee Draper sing ‘Will the Circle Be Unbroken’.

Irrational Games has revealed further  details for the soundtrack that is included in both the “Ultimate Songbird Edition” and “Premium Edition” of the upcoming BioShock Infinite. The soundtrack has primarily been composed by Garry Schyman, who also composed the music for BioShock and BioShock 2 (as well as other games like Destroy All Humans! and XCOM).

As well as the music from Schyman, the soundtrack will also include a song performed by the actors who voice protagonist Booker DeWitt (Troy Baker) and focus of the game Elizabeth (Courtnee Draper). Irrational includes in the announcement the following clip of Baker and Draper singing Will the Circle Be Unbroken, and it's definitely worth a listen:

Beautiful, right?

If you were wondering what else will be on the soundtrack, you can find the full list on the Irrational Games website. A few songs have titles that refer to characters or events, however, so if you're trying to avoid even the slightest hint of a spoiler, maybe wait until after you've played the game.

If you decide you want the soundtrack, you'll have to put down a preorder for either the “Ultimate Songbird Edition” or “Premium Edition” of the game. The first of these includes a Songbird figurine, complete with a special box to keep him in. Both editions include a keychain, a lithograph, a resin-cast Handyman miniature, a mini art book, and digital stuff (in-game gear, Xbox LIVE avatars, PS3/PC themes).

BioShock Infinite will launch on March 26 for PS3, 360, and PC.
