It is already known that Shepard will be spending more time with their squad mates, former and current, and their love interests (as well as apparent from the few screenshots we've gotten to see). However, Gamble seems to be implying that you finish your chosen love interests' plot line at least up until after the "Citadel date" that locks in romances.
We also already know that there doesn't look to be any new content regarding the ending, but there's obviously some new love interest specific dialog in there that BioWare wants us to see.
Just how Shepard is getting the time off during a war to go have fun hasn't been revealed just yet, but those who have been craving just a bit more time with their Shepard's love interests should be interested in the upcoming DLC it seems.
