The man behind the leaks of the in-production Microsoft console, currently called Durango, had his house raided by Australian police and FBI, according to Eurogamer.
Dan Henry, also known as "SuperDaE," tweeted the news on his account, as well as sending a copy of the search warrant to The Tech Game.
The warrant revealed that there are many companies behind the charges filed, including Microsoft, eBay, and Paypal.
I find it hilarious how the warrant only really mentions "Microsoft", "eBay", "Paypal".

Henry is most known for auctioning off a Durango prototype on eBay for $20,000, which reportedly did not go through, and according to Henry, was done mostly for publicity. He also leaked over 20 documents to Kotaku, which he said was not done for "financial gain."
Police seized all technology-related devices from his Australian home, including cell phones and unused computers.
If convicted, Henry can a 20+ year prison sentence, with a possible life sentence for the "unlawful use of a computer" charge.
A spokesperson for the West Australian Police refused to discuss the case with The Verge, but stated that "if he wants to tell the world that Police have been investigating him over stolen property that is his choice."
