Ubisoft is preparing to launch a new installment to one of their most beloved franchises, Assassin’s Creed. The latest title release hit the market in the coming weeks is Assassin’s Creed Origins. Within the title, players will be taken to ancient Egypt, featuring a Medjay named Bayek and his means of protecting the people from the chaos erupted in his world.
As mentioned, the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Origins title is still a few weeks before it hits the market but Ubisoft was already ready to unleash their plans for post-launch DLC. This comes into two sections with one dedicated to those who purchase the season pass and those who decided to opt for the free DLC content.
There’s a number of free DLC content being added in through the coming months after the video game’s launch. You’ll find a photo mode, daily challenges, even a Horde mode to face against. Likewise, the paid DLC from a season pass will offer two expansions, The Hidden Ones and The Curse of The Pharaohs, both of which are not scheduled for a release until next year.
A full breakdown of the post-launch DLC can be detailed in the Ubisoft video upload featured right above. For those interested in picking up the season pass, gamers will have to toss Ubisoft $40 and you’ll automatically be granted access to the upcoming expansions as they officially release into the market.
Assassin’s Creed Origins is set to launch on October 27, 2017, for the PC, PlayStation 4, and lastly, the Xbox One platforms.
