PlayStation 3 owners have been, well, pretty damn mad at Bethesda for quite a while now. After the PS3 release of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was released with plenty of reported bugs, Bethesda did little to assuage complaints or apologize.
In addition to this, there has been a very obvious lack of support for Skyrim, as the PS3 hasn't seen a single DLC pack despite the first DLC being available over half a year ago. In fact, the entire situation seemed rather bleak as in August Bethesda described the process of bringing the DLC to the PS3 as "complicated". This was followed by silence for months as the DLC was delayed "indefinitely".
But now PS3 fans can start paying attention to the Skyrim DLC releases because all three packs are finally coming to the PlayStation Network this coming February. And, perhaps in an attempt to apologize for the delays, the DLC will all be 50% off during their launch week. Specific release dates have yet to be finalized, but we will have the news for you as soon as it's released.
If you haven't been paying much attention to the DLC prior, you can head on over to the PlayStation blog for a recap.
In related news, Bethesda also announced that Dragonborn will come to PC on February 5.
