Capcom has released a new trailer for Remember Me that features newly revealed character Kid Xmas, whom we first met on the game's Facebook page a couple of days ago.
Before we get down to the standard gameplay action clips, however, the video treats us to a little classical music. It's not really made clear why the trailer begins with a robot playing the piano and Nilin watching from behind, other than to say, “Look, this is the future, okay?”, but it makes a nice change.
And then we get a little hint of the kinds of people Nilin will be targeting, and how she'll go about it. Nilin must implant confidential codes in the memory of an architect, whom she'll find through a contact called “Bad Request”. Problems will come in the form of people trying to hack into the communication system she uses to keep in touch with the guy giving her orders, or apparently just from robots knocking her over.
A few glimpses of Nilin putting a load of guys down with her crazy combat skills, and then we finally get to meet Kid Xmas. He's just as ugly in the flesh as he is in his Facebook picture, and apparently runs some kind of fighting show. Nilin somehow winds up in the arena, facing him, and things kick off from there.
