For those who prefer Danger Close's Medal of Honor Warfighter to other military shooters, you might want to check out the Zero Dark Thirty map pack launch trailer embedded below.
This map pack is, of course, is tied in with the movie Zero Dark Thirty which is a chronicle of hunt for Osama bin Laden by SEAL Team 6 and is shot by acclaimed director Kathryn Bigelow (The Hurt Locker). In other areas, the map is called "The Hunt," but for all intents and purposes, they're the same thing.
In the trailer, we get to see the map pack's two levels — Darra Gun Market and Chitral Compound. While I did like Warfighter's multiplayer a fair bit, the trailer's action sequences are a step above what I normally experienced whenever I play it online.
If you're one of the people who bought the Limited Edition of Medal of Honor Warfighter, then the Zero Dark Thirty map pack is free for you to download right this moment on Xbox LIVE, PSN and PC. For those who got it used or didn't buy the LE, expect to pay $10 for the two-map combo — which, is kinda pricey if you ask me.
Is this the last map pack for Warfighter seeing as it didn't perform as well as EA would have liked? That's certainly a possibility. If you're one of the people still enjoying Warfighter's multiplayer, how's the community and are there still a lot of people playing?
