Forza Horizon is set to be expanded with the release of a Rally expansion tomorrow. As you can imagine, the DLC is set to expand Forza Horizon with a host of rally races, all of which are set throughout Colorado.
The game's point-to-point races will be set on courses across difficult terrain made up of steep roads, breakneck turns, and a variety of environmental hazards that'll keep you on the edge of your seat. The new tracks will also be available online in the form of separate playlists catering to beginners and experts alike.
The expansion adds a variety of rally upgrades that you can apply to all preexisting vehicles to make them suitable for these events.
In addition to rally upgrades, players can look forward to driving five new vehicles including the 1992 Celica, the 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII MR, the 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STi, the 1992 Ford Escort RS Cosworth, and the 1982 Lancia 037 Stradale for off-road driving. Season Pass holders will also receive the 2003 Ford Focus SVT as a bonus.
The Rally expansion costs $20 to purchase individually, if you don't own the $50 Season Pass. The game's developers will be adding new rally-themed content for owners of the DLC in the coming months.
