In case you missed the Video Game Awards the other day (and who would blame you if you did?) Ubisoft has released the official CGI trailer for the Tyranny of King Washington, a DLC for Assassin's Creed 3 that is set to expand the original game with a new campaign that takes place in an alternate universe in which George Washington decided to become a tyrant and declare himself monarch.
The trailer shows what it'd be like if Washington found himself corrupted by the power of the Piece of Eden and used it to much darker ends.
You'll finally be able to kill Washington without desynchronizing.
The Tyranny of King Washington comes out this week, and is a part of the DLC Season Pass for anyone who bought it. The season pass also includes the Hidden Secrets Pack which contains all pre-order bonus DLC, and the Battle Hardened Pack, which includes bonus items for multiplayer.
