PSN will be having a routine maintenance tomorrow (25 July). All services for both PS3, PS4 and PS Vita will be affected. The maintenance will occur between 8 AM and 9 AM during your local timezone.
It has been stated that you will still be allowed to sign in, play games, and still use “most applications,” however the PlayStation Store, Account Management and PlayStation Video will be down and out for the count.
Sony has apologized for the delay in service, stating the following: “We strive to ensure that PlayStation Network services are available at all times, but occasionally we must take PlayStation Network offline to perform essential maintenance and implement feature enhancements. We are working hard to reduce the duration of each maintenance.”
