DICE has revealed what the more than two million Battlefield 3 Premium users will receive in this month's content drop.
While the signficant content will be the Aftermath expansion for PS3 BF3 Premium users (Xbox 360 and PC will get it in December's first month), DICE has also released a few more goodies to keep you entertained before it hits.
First up are the new Platoon emblems and soldier profile images. For those using Battlelog, DICE has included a batch of new Premium-exclusive Platoon decals that players can use when building their Platoon's emblem. In addition to that, they've also added eight new solider profile images that players can use with your Battlelog account. These new emblems and solider images will be marked with the Premium's "P" are available for use right now.
Here's a pic of the soldier images:
Next, the studio has also released a set of new Aftermath wallpapers which you can use on your desktop. You can access them in the "Bonus Section" on Battlelog.
For console players, DICE has added a "bonus drop" for you. Based from what I've seen, they are free PS3 and Xbox 360 Aftermath-oriented themes.
I think that about wraps it up. Of course, the main reason you signed up for Battlefield 3 Premium in the first place is for the expansions. Battlefield 3's upcoming one, called Aftermath, will be out on November 27 for PS3 BF3 Premium members, with Xbox 360 and PC players getting it a week later.
Are you disappointed with DICE's content drops for BF3 Premium users or are the expansions the main thing you signed up for and everything else is considered a bonus?
