Back in August, Square Enix revealed that they're making Hitman: Blood Money free to play on browsers via their Core Online cloud gaming service.
Now, the publisher has made the most recent Lara Croft game available for everyone, too. No, I'm not talking about Tomb Raider, but the rather awesome Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light.
Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light was released back in 2010, and was a big departure from the Tomb Raider games its based on. For one thing, it wasn't a third-person action adventure game, but one that played out in an isometric view that focused more on puzzles. It was also released digitally for the PSN and Xbox LIVE.
Now, it's free for Square Eni'x Core Online could gaming platform and it uses Google's Native Client on Chrome. It's available for both PC and Mac users, same with Hitman: Blood Money, the free game has ads running and players have to mandatory watch it in order to continue playing for free. For those who'd rather play the game sans ads, they can do so by paying $9.99.
Seeing as I absolutely loved Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light when it was released, I can confidently recommend this game to not only puzzle fans, but action fans, too. And now it's at the very best price, which is for free. Heck, even at $10, it's not a bad deal.
Go try this game out on Core Online and let us know what you think.
