Earlier today during an investor call on 2K Games, we learned that the long-running WWE 2k franchise will be receiving its next title later this year.
Being simply titled as WWE 2K18, the game is set to release sometime this fall for the presumably the latest generation consoles and PC. Last year, WWE 2K17 launched on the older gen consoles – PS3 and Xbox 360 – however, that might be cut from future iterations.

WWE 2K games have been a standard for publisher 2K Games for quite some time now. Last year featured the biggest roster to date and a slew of new features including an in-depth career mode and an authentic stamina system.
No details about what new features will be added to the game, but as we get closer to its release date and E3 2017, expect to hear more on the title.
In recent WWE news, the company recently signed a marketing deal with indie developer Psyonix, the people behind Rocket League. The deal has the game being the current promotion for the next couple of Pay-Per-Views, plus it earned them their first TV ad, which you can watch here.
WWE 2K18 is set to release later this year. Are you excited for the game? What features would you like to be added? Let us know in the comments below!
