In our latest look at God of War: Ascension's multiplayer, it gives us a look at what happens when you align with Ares. Just in case you weren't keeping up with God of War: Ascenion, the game will let you pledge alegiance to certain gods in the God of War universe.
Based on the footage, it seems agressive players might want to align themselves to the original god of war. Players will earn additional attack damage and even the use of fire to aid them on the battlefield. Although, there is a cost, as those who fight on Ares' behalf won't have that good of a defense. But you know what they say, the best defense is a good offense.
God of War: Ascension's multiplayer beta is coming this Winter for PS Plus members. Is Sony doing the right thing by adding multiplayer in a franchise heavily-rooted in its narrative like God of War? We won't know the answer to that for sure until the game ships, which is on March of 2013.
Anyone genuinely excited for Ascension's multiplayer or is this just an added bonus to play Kratos' latest adventure?
