Capcom has announced that Devil May Cry's upcoming reboot, DmC, will be getting a "Devil May Cry" Limited Edition in Japan and it will come with "Ebony & Ivory" necklace.
Ebony & Ivory, for those who doesn't know, is the name of Dante's twinshooters which he has used since the very first Devil May Cry. In addition to the necklace, the bundle will include a 24-page artbook with illustrations from the game's visual art director, a soundtrack CD, an as-of-yet unspecified downloadable content code, and of course, the actual game. This Limited Edition will be available for the PS3 and Xbox 360 version and will be priced at 9,490 yen; or roughly around $118.
The DmC Devil May Cry Limited Edition bundle has not been confirmed for any territory outside of Japan at the time of this writing. For those thinking of importing, you can take a look at the necklace below.
Not bad, no? I can see this thing being worn by the new in-game Dante in DmC. But worth the $118 plus shipping cost of importing it? I'll leave that decision up to you.
DmC will be Ninja Theory's (Enslaved) take on the long-running Capcom franchise. Fans awating the game might want to mark November 21 on their calendars as that's the date DmC's demo will hit Xbox LIVE and PSN.
Out of curiosity, does anyone actually use stuff like these for everyday wear or would you rather get it up on eBay?
