The Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War 3 Beta has just launched and is set to run from now April 21st and end at the same time on April 24th. The beta is only for the multiplayer component of the game.
Players will only have access to 3 factions Eldar, Orks and Space Marines – along with a limited number of Elites and six Doctrines for each side. Along with three maps, players can engage in 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 modes.
“This game mode highlights the strengths and weaknesses of each faction as players put powerful heroes and devastating abilities to use,” Relic Entertainment said said, “while countering those of their foes [with] a selection of powerful elite heroes for each [faction], allowing them to experiment with different play styles and strategies.”
So far Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War 3 has been attainment positive reviews across the board so I’m pretty sure fans of the series will enjoy the beta’s tease of upcoming content
