While E3 this year will be open to the general public and not just those within the industry and press, there has been a new spark of interest in smaller events outside of E3. For instance, Electronic Arts will be holding its own event known as EA Play and it’s already shaping up to be bigger than their previous event last year.
There is plenty going into the big E3 season with companies preparing content to be revealed along with alerting gamers as to what video games they will see at some point during the event. If you had your eye on Electronic Arts and their EA Play 2017 event then you’ll want to take a look at the latest details released.
Electronic Arts have released a small blog post on their official website going over the upcoming EA Play event. It’s noted that the event will have a broadcast experience which will be viewable around the world starting on Saturday, June 10, 2017.
Afterward, there will be an EA Game Changers Creators Cave which will have development teams taking part in livestreams that feature early game footage. Of course, if you happen to attend the event then you’ll have the chance to take part in several game stations and demos.
Currently, the EA Play event will have Star Wars Battlefront 2 and a new Need for Speed title. However, it’s likely that EA will also unveil several new video game titles that have been in development over the past year.
