Hotline Miami is now available on Steam, and with its launch, composer Jasper Byrne has released the game's official soundtrack.
Update: Fellow composer M.O.O.N has also released their portion of the tracks.
I've been asking over Twitter why the soundtrack wasn't released with launch of the game and it looks like I've finally gotten my wish.
The game's soundtrack consists of modern retro wave music inspired by the 1980s, which makes sense given that the game itself is set in 1989. There's a whole Drive vibe to both the game and its soundtrack that you'll not want to miss out on.
If you haven't gotten enough of the game, you can pick up a small portion of the game's official soundtrack on Jasper Byrne's BandCamp page for $4 here. You can also pick up M.O.O.N's contributions to the game here.
