Tea-Powered Games recently re-released their video game title Dialogue: A Writer’s Story. The video game, as you can likely guess, has a major focus on conversations. If you enjoyed the title when it first released, there may be some incentive in checking it out once again.
The second version of Dialogue: A Writer’s Story has a brand new user interface and visuals. If this is your first time checking the game out, the story follows Lucille, an inspired writer who is in the process of crafting a science fantasy novel. You’ll find through the journey that most of her work comes from the inspiration by her neighbor Adrian who is a biochemist.
As mentioned, the game if heavily focused on conversations and with the mechanics included, players will be able to steer the dialogue through a list of different options. If you enjoy visual novels, then this title may be worth checking out.
“The game consists of various types of conversations with different mechanics. Active conversations occur in real-time, and the effect of Lucille’s statements can be modified through her equipped Focus. Exploratory conversations map different subjects spatially, allowing for backtracking and finding new paths, while emails can be arranged and edited.”
This video game is currently available through Itch.io or through the official website of development team Tea-Powered Games. For now, you can take a look at how the game plays out through a video posted right above.
Likewise, we have included a game gallery of the title for you to check out within the images down below.
