  • Cape Helles
    • Field Manual #1: Just as you step off the boat, move down the left side of the beach. Eventually you’ll find a crate with a manual — it isn’t far from the waves. It’s past the first trench path, so it can be tricky to collect with the Field Guns and MG turrets still active above.
    • Field Manual #2: From manual #1, push up the hill and into the giant cratered area on the side of the mountain. Part of the way into the crater, look for a trench path on the right edge. Follow the trench to a shooting position with this manual.
    • Field Manual #3: On the far-left side of the beach, climb up to the AT Gun shooting position above the large fire. In an alcove next to the AT Gun, you’ll find this crate.
    • Field Manual #4: There’s a barn structure up the hill and to the left of the path toward Point A. This structure is hard to miss, it’s all on its own outside the capture objective. The manual crate is in an alcove on the exterior.
    • Field Manual #5: At the Helles Overlook (Point A) look for the house adjacent to the flag. The manual is inside the backyard shack.
  • The Runner
    • Field Manual #1: Look toward the ridge covered with cannons and sandbag emplacements. Enter the house on the far end of this shooting position (on the right side of the ruined village) to find the hidden collectible crate.
    • Field Manual #2: This one can be tricky. Look for the crate in the middle of a grassy field on the left-side of the town — just head up the hill (left of Manual #1) to find it. It’s just in the open, near the winding dirt path that leads left out of the village.
    • Field Manual #3: Go to the house beneath the stone fort, left of the village, on the hill with some camo netting planted in the yard. The collectible is near the door.
    • Field Manual #4: Find this in the central room of the domed structure at the far end of the village. This is the building being shelled where your allies are holed up.
    • Field Manual #5: Getting the objective to “Inform Rear Command” after defending — move toward the objective. You’ll find a building on the left with a missing roof and a parked car on the road. The crate is near the front door of the ruined building.
  • Be Safe
    • Field Manual #1: Beneath the massive fort, jump into the old three-story stone tower with a sniper on the roof. Climb the ladder inside to find the field manual on the second floor.
    • Field Manual #2: Take the steps up to the walls of the fort after the cutscene. Move left along the artillery battery to find the manual crate near the taller section of battlements.
    • Field Manual #3: The second manual crate in the area is on the right as you reach the fort wall. Look inside the square building near the artillery battery — it may more may not be completely destroyed.
    • Field Manual #4: Further right of manual #3 in this chapter, enter the interior bunker hallway to find a dead-end room with this crate. It’s very close to manual #3, but can be easy to miss.
    • Field Manual #5: At the top of the fort, you’ll get the objective to “Capture the Courtyard” — there’s a small single room shed across from the entrance, and very conspicuous in the frantic warzone. The last manual for this war story is found inside.
