Chapter 6: Batle of Takodana – Minikits Locations
Always replay stages on FREE PLAY to swap characters and access all areas of the level. There are 10 minikits and 1 Red Brick located in every story level. These levels can be replayed as often as you like, and no collectibles can be missed. Finding all ten minikits unlocks a new vehicle for purchase.
Minikit #1:
- Location: At the first door on your right, use Dark Forces powers with Kylo Ren or Darth Vader to tear the bracing down, then cut through the bulkhead with a lightsaber.
Minikit #2:
- Location: In the exact same hallway, go to the left side opposite the door you just cut open. Use force powers on the door nearest the foreground, smash all the LEGO objects inside, and use BB-8 on the device you can construct with the hopping bricks. Use the pad to lower a poster and reveal the minikit in the secret compartment.
Minikit #3:
- Location: Before cutting open the door and exiting the castle, look for a fallen statue on the right wall toward the interior exit. Use Force powers on the statue to fix it — there are three statues you’ll need to repair. The second is outside through the lightsaber door on the left near a cracked LEGO wall after the battle. The final one is to the left of the steps leading to a building, following the shooting sequence.
Minikit #4:
- Location: In the area with the Flametrooper burning everything and after moving through the corridor, look on the right for a barred gate and some water. There’s a LEGO pond Ackbar can dive into. Hopping bricks will appear. Construct those to get the minikit.
Minikit #5:
- Location: Following the story, you’ll climb a long set of steps up one of the castle ramparts to save some innocent minifigures. Use the scan ability on the glowing blue spot and target the big brick on the ledge to the left. That reveals silver LEGO bricks — blow those up with a detonator to get your minikit.
Minikit #6:
- Location: Backtrack through the battle area after the shooting sequence to find a glowing white cracked LEGO wall on the left wall toward the foreground. Smash it open, and fix the nearby statue, to get a kit.
Minikit #7:
- Location: Also on the left wall, there’s a big Tie Fighter wing propped up on the left wall. This reveals another pond for Ackbar to hop inside.
Minikit #8:
- Location: Further beyond the Tie Fighter wing, before reaching the area where Stormtroopers hold more people hostage, you’ll find two orange grapple anchors. Switch so there are two grappling hook characters in your team at once and pull the crate down.
Minikit #9:
- Location: While flying over the caste, target the LEGO objects in the water — there are four specific objects you’ll need to blast to get this minikit.
Minikit #10:
- Location: At the last phase of the ‘Takodana Skies’ sequence, Tie Fighters with bombs will appear. Destroy all the Tie Fighters with trailing pink bombs to earn your last minikit for the stage.
