Chapter 8: Starkiller Sabotage – Minikits Locations

Always replay stages on FREE PLAY to swap characters and access all areas of the level. There are 10 minikits and 1 Red Brick located in every story level. These levels can be replayed as often as you like, and no collectibles can be missed. Finding all ten minikits unlocks a new vehicle for purchase.

Minikit #1:

  • Location: Starting off easy, just shoot the five black Probe Droids that appear at the crash site in the very first area of the stage. More will appear as you play the level, but they won’t be hidden.

Minikit #2:

  • Location: Early in the mission, you’ll build a little hopping vehicle that can crush the LEGO snow piles scattered around the landscape. Stomp all the snow piles to find hopping bricks that build into a minikit.

Minikit #3:

  • Location: In the same area as the Red Brick, go right along the back wall to find an access hatch. Enter the cave and defeat the Wompa monster before cutting through the LEGO ice with a lightsaber.

Minikit #4:

  • Location: Onto the ‘Starkiller Wall’ section, look for extra LEGO objects to smash to build four Resistance Flags. The first is on the ledge to the left of a bunker door at the start, the second is on the platform where you shut down the toxic exhaust ports. The last two are near the end of this section — one is toward the foreground to the left of the campfire, and the last is in the back-right corner from the campfire.

Minikit #5:

  • Location: At the very start of the ‘Starkiller Wall’ section, destroy the LEGO objects to the right and build a Hair-Dryer on the left side to melt some snow and get rid of the Snowtroopers waiting on the bunker door.

Minikit #6:

  • Location: Moving on to the door with the red energy field and two orange grapple anchor points, look right for an ice patch. Melt the ice with a Flametrooper to reveal a LEGO water pond. Dive in with Ackbar and you’ll appear on a cliff ledge with the next minikit.

Minikit #7:

  • Location: At the ‘Starkiller Shield Room’ section, use the force on the large access pipe on the left.

Minikit #8:

  • Location: Continuing on to a catwalk with orange strength handles, look left for a high ledge. Use Boba Fett or any other jetpack character to reach the minikit hidden in this alcove.

Minikit #9:

  • Location: Before rushing into the blaster battle hallway, look right for a door you can open with force powers. Tear the door open and go inside the foreground room to grab a hidden minikit.

Minikit #10:

  • Location: The last minikit is found during the blast battle. Target all four tiny rolling mouse droids — they’re like little black boxes on wheels and scurry between the cover spots.
