Homefront: The Revolution
Homefront: The Revolution had a pretty rocky start in its development phase but now we’re close to receiving the game as it launches starting on May 17, 2016, for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Following the events from the first Homefront installment, players take control of Ethan Brady, a member of the United States resistance during the Korean invasion. Unlike the first installment, Homefront: The Revolution is an open-world video game that is set within the city of Philadelphia during the year 2029. After the Greater Korean Republic has taken control of the United States, civilians are left with little remnants of what life once was. Now only a small resistance of fighters exist to take out the Korean control and to reclaim their country.
As mentioned, Homefront: The Revolution is an open world video game title with players freely exploring the three different zones within the city of Philadelphia. During these travels, players can help take down the Korean army, help other resistance fighters, modify new weapons, or complete some of the side missions available.
