9. The Overseer in Fallout 1
The Overseer is the first character who speaks to you in Fallout, and the every last. This old coot chooses you to go out in to the world and retrieve the Water Chip and save Vault 13 from certain doom. Depending on whether you have the Blood Mess character trait, you’ll be either exiled from Vault 13, or be exiled and slaughter The Overseer in a terrifically brutal, and satisfying fashion.
