10. Bowser in Super Mario 64
This iconic character is in most, if not all of the Mario games as its final boss. Mario usually goes up against him in an effort to rescue Princess Toadstool from his scaly clutches. Even getting to Bowser is a total challenge, so beating him (after repeated tries, of course) is incredibly satisfying.
