#9: Beautiful coral can be planted above-water and stay alive — just make sure to plant it on a waterlogged block! Wood is the most common slab for that. If you plant on any non-waterlogged block, the coral will die.
#10: Place a glass block on a diagonally-adjacent space from a tree sapling, and the tree will instantly grow to full size.
#11: Looking for diamonds? They’re a whole lot easier to find in Water Ravines — diamonds are much more common in these underwater biomes. You’ll just need to survive underwater for awhile.
#12: Check the compass crafting recipe, and you’ll find that it points to your very first world spawn — that’s where you spawned into the game! Not that useful, but definitely interesting.
