Subnautica: Below Zero – How To Use Console Commands | Cheats Guide

February 1, 2019 by Kevin Thielenhaus

Disable the weather, become invincible, unlock every blueprint, or teleport directly to any biome. That’s just a few of the cheats you can use in the Subnautica: Below Zero expansion.

There’s a whole new frozen world waiting for you to explore in Subnautica: Below Zero. In this expansion, you play as another character, trying to survive in an even harsher climate. You’ll also have a lot more area to explore above the waves — and more terrifying undersea creatures to contend with. It’s more Subnautica, and that’s all we need to know.

Subnautica is a tense, sometimes very difficult game — especially if you’re nervous in those deep, deep waters. To lighten the load, we’ve provided a full list of cheat codes you can use to make the whole experience a little easier. Well, a lot easier. These codes can disable bad weather, make you invincible, speed up building, or teleport you straight back to your home base. There are tons of useful codes, so check out the complete list below — and learn how to enable the console. It’s a little different than most games.

How To Use Console Commands | Cheats Guide

Console commands are cheat codes you can use in-game at any time. Naturally, this is only available for PC users — you’ll need a keyboard to type the commands. To use the developer console, follow these simple steps.

  • Press [F3] to open a checkbox on the HUD that reads “Disable Console“.
  • Press [F8] to open your mouse cursor, and uncheck the box.
  • Once the box is unchecked, press [Enter] or [~] to open the console.
  • Type any of the following commands and press [Enter].

Whenever you restart the game, you’ll need to uncheck the “Disable Console” box again.
