The launch of Mass Effect: Andromeda is less than a month away, and the anticipation is building by the second. This week, a tonne of multiplayer information was revealed.
First thing on the itinerary, fans have been wondering the extent of the multiplayer feature affecting the single player campaign like it did in Mass Effect 3. The answer: it won’t. However, there will be bonus single player rewards that you can earn in several ways, including by playing the multiplayer.
Let’s discuss multiplayer customisation. Andromeda development team recently confirmed that while players won’t be able to change any faces in multiplayer, there will be customisation. You will be able to choose the colour of your armour, and a different pattern type for your armour, while packs are also returning, which can be either earned or bought.
BioWare recently posted the following Mass Effect: Andromeda multiplayer screenshots.
Players will also be able to choose different character races. The Krogan will be available, and different characters will have different rarity levels.
BioWare confirmed that while fans will not have a beta to try out, they will be able to play Mass Effect: Andromeda multiplayer at PAX East.
Mass Effect: Andromeda will be released on March 21 in North America and March 23 in Europe for PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
