The folks at Seattle's Runic Games studio have released the official launch trailer for their upcoming action RPG, Torchlight 2. The release of the trailer is to announce the game's September 20 launch date on the PC.
This time around, up to six players will be able to participate in online cooperative combat against the legions of darkness/evil/what-have-you with the introduction of a new online matchmaking system. In addition to the online system, players can also play cooperatively offline through LAN.
Players will also be able to choose from four distinct character classes, customizable in both male and female forms.
Be sure to read our beta impressions of the game, which were based on a relatively late build of Torchlight 2.
Torchlight 2 will be available as a digital download on September 20 on digital distribution platforms like Steam, Perfect World, GamersGate, GameFly, and GAmeStop.
