We posted yesterday about an industry insider giving his insights as to what will be shown off during this year’s E3 event. Of course, we label these comments as rumors, but insider Shinobi602 has been credible in the past. After his comments were made about a possible Bethesda remaster currently in the works, a new pre-order listing for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has popped up online.
E3 is a massive topic to discuss with the biggest expo for the video game industry just around the corner, there are plenty of rumors, speculation, and opinion pieces out there. As mentioned above, yesterday we posted news of industry insider Shinobi602 revealing Bethesda was currently working on a remaster, which has since been speculated to be The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Today we’re finding out that Base.com has a pre-order available for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – The Definitive Edition for the latest generation of consoles. If this is, in fact, real, we will see the game release on November 23, 2016, with a graphical update and of course, all the previously released DLC.
There have been some comments online that questions the need to see Skyrim release once again so soon. Perhaps the latest generation of consoles would play a role in the decision to remaster the title, though one thing is for sure, we’re hoping that the latest release of Skyrim will come with fewer bugs.
